|
The Cost of Funds Index, or COFI, is used by mortgage brokers as a determining factor when adjusting their interest rates on adjustable rate mortgages. The cost of funds index is determined by the actual amount of interest paid during an undetermined month. All of the COFI information is provided from the savings institution members of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco.

Gilbert City Information
Gilbert is a young, affluent community in central Arizona. Incorporated on July 6, 1920, Gilbert is a relatively new community that has seen tremendous growth during the past two decades. Gilbert has experienced a rapid transition from a historically agriculture-based community to an urban center and suburb in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
